The Greeks and the Turks here don't like each other. The town and capital Nicrosia is split into 2 parts after the Turkish invasion 30 plus years ago. The island which has history back to 10,000 years B.C. Is a museum in itself!! The Greek Orthodox Church we visited was amazing as was the museum and old town.
